Our customers are able to book consignments online & receive e-mail booking confirmations from our website. They can also check their PODs & produce reports of performance KPIs (Known Performance Indicators), get delivery statistics & use our barcode track & trace system.

Our state-of-the-art internal computer system integrates seamlessly with our website enabling us to produce bespoke service reports for our customers, which can then be imported into many popular spreadsheet applications.

We also provide a secure EDI facility, allowing customers to book electronically single or multiple jobs directly to our traffic operating system and our incident reporting facility reports any problems to our customers as soon as they occur. Daily and weekly reports are also sent to the customers electronically.
